Born in Siberia in 1965, he brings with him a touch of wild Siberian music. He was trained as a classical guitarist at music school and at the famous Music Academy in Moscow. Vadim was a member of the Russian gypsy band Loyko for 8 years, after he created a new trio band : “Talisman”. He played all over the world with them and made several appearances on TV and radio. He has worked with many important artistes such as Ravi Shankar, Subramanian, Blanka del Ray, Gideon Kremer, Yehudi Menuhin and has played soundtracks for various films. He has also worked with Andre Heller on the show "Magneten". And last but not least, he played for Presidents George Bush and Poutine in Moscow.

The Talisman Home page /  "Talisman" trio in New Year concert at Palmschen castle

A l'Ermitage (France) / Talisman / The Russian Gypsys Music

Vadim  commence la guitare en Sibérie, puis termine ses études a l'Academie de Moscou. Peu apres, il fait ses preuves dans le fameux trio tsigane "LOYKO" avec lequel il travail prés de huit ans. Durant cette période il joue avec de nombreux artistes, notamment Ravi Shankar, Subramanian, Blanka del Ray, Gideon Kremer, Yehudi Menuhin. Il compose des musiques de films et pour des pièces de théâtre. En quittant "LOYKO", il crée un nouveau trio: "Talisman".
